It's high quality, soft, and super cute. Im 5'3 and im pretty much average weight for a teenage girl. It fits me pretty well and reaches around mid thigh! Though, keep in mind that the pink part at the top clings to your body a bit more, and then flares out at the bottom. This is a skort!! Meaning that is has shorts under it, and the shorts are pretty good quality, no complaints with them. This will look really cute with my cutecore outfits!! I love this item. 💕💕
