The tape is strong and actually sticks. But if you want to raise your temples you will need to be wearing a wig cap/wig to hide the strips of tape. Overall, it is the best face lifting tape i have ever tried and i have tried a few. It will fall off if you keep touching it though. Leave it be, don't touch it.
